All Memphis George Jewelry pieces are One-of-A-Kind. You CANNOT order multiple copies of the same piece of jewelry. Please be sure to check your shopping cart quantities. Quantity per piece should be only 1 (one).

One-Of-A-Kind Purchase Policy
If two people should attempt to buy the same item on-line at the same time
and both of their credit cards are processed by PayPal, the person who
placed the order first will receive the item and the second person will
receive a full refund to their account from memphisgeorge.com with a prompt
e-mail alerting them to the order cancellation.

Other One-Of-A-Kind items in the same or similar series may exist but may
not be featured on the website. If you request it, Memphis can personally
e-mail you photos of these items for your consideration.

Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Additional charges may apply for ring sizing or other adjustments on one-of-a-kind items.

Shipping and Handling
All packages from memphisgeorge.com are sent via the US Postal Service,
Insured (for the full value of the work), First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I
have found through experience that this is the most secure and convenient
form of shipping for jewelry merchandise.

You will need to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not
available to accept delivery the USPS will leave a notice allowing you to
have the package redelivered or to pick it up at the post office.

Packages will be shipped within 1-4 business days of your order being
received. You will receive an e-mail from memphis@memphisgeorge.com when
your package has shipped.

Shipment will be made only to the billing address on the credit card and I
do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. For a gift or other reason please
Ring My Bell for alternative solutions.

Returns

I believe that you will be completely thrilled with your Memphis George
Jewelry. But if I'm wrong and you would like to make a return you must
contact me within 7 days of when your order was received and signed for

to be granted a refund. Packages that are sent as a return without first
receiving the approval of Memphis George will not be accepted for delivery.
To contact Memphis George to receive an approval on a return, you can e-mail
Memphis at memphis@memphisgeorge.com or simply go to Ring My Bell.

Any item that was specially altered by Memphis George for fitting purposes
is not eligible for a return or a refund.

Any damaged, altered, used/worn items are not eligible for return or refund
unless the damage occurred during the original shipment. Items damaged due
to abuse or neglect while in the possession of the purchaser are not
eligible for return or refund.

All items are photographed at the time the order is filled for shipping for
insurance purposes. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any)
are not refundable.

To receive a refund, please return item(s) in their original Memphis George
jewelry box(s) and be sure to use an appropriate mailing box with padding to
prevent damage in transit. Use insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS)
and retain your shipping receipt. Memphis George can not and will not be
responsible for item(s) that you send that are lost or damaged in transit.

Caring for your Jewelry
Due to the unique, complex and sometimes fragile nature of One-Of-A-Kind
handcrafted jewelry, it is necessary that you follow certain guidelines to
ensure that the work is not damaged with wear over time. Do not push,
attempt to repeatedly reshape or bend rigid wires or metal parts within the
structure of the jewelry. Never use a polishing cloth near pearls,
turquoise, opal or any other porous stones or shells. When traveling with
your jewelry always pack it separately in a rigid box (it is a good idea to
hold on the Memphis George boxes in which your work was received for this
purpose) using tissue to cushion it within the box. Keep your sterling
silver jewelry in a closed box when not in use to slow tarnishing. Remove
rings before washing hands and do not submerge them in soap and water. If
treated gently and stored carefully, your Memphis George jewelry will
provide you with many, many years of joy.

Coloring

Most women know what color looks good with their skin tone, hair and eye
color. Because I utilize so much color in my work, I have become very adept
at looking at someone and knowing what will work with their type.

If breakage occurs due to no fault of your own, Ring My Bell and I will provide you with my shipping address to return the work for repair. I will do whatever possible to repair the work to your satisfaction. Please be sure to keep all parts of a broken piece and return them with the work for repair.
